Throughout March, Poutine Passport holders will be able to sample poutine from seven restaurants and food trucks throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
The husband-and-wife team just opened a takeout sandwich shop in Pawtucket's Lorraine Mills, serving up Southeast Asian fried chicken sandwiches, banh mi, fries and more.
Applicants must be Black or Afro-Latinx, a resident of Rhode Island, a high school senior in the Fall of 2022, and will begin their freshman year of college in the Fall of 2023.
