One of the “Kindred Spirits” hosts is also a local Rhode Island resident, Amy Bruni. For the “Hell House” episode, she and Adam Berry, along with psychic medium Chip Coffey, bring the Perron family siblings and father back home to investigate the infamous haunted house that was featured in the film, The Conjuring.
This house became a horror legend after paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren documented the paranormal activity that transpired there. What makes this experience special is that Bruni and Berry brought back members of the Perron family to film the episode. According to an episode summary: “They call upon the entire Perron family — the home’s original victims — to help expose the truth behind the horrific haunting.” The Perrons are too scared to live there, but will the spirits reemerge because the Perrons have returned? Do they have a message to share?
“Bringing peace to the living by giving voice to the dead” is the goal of Bruni, Berry and Coffey from Travel Channel’s “Kindred Spirits.” This fourth season includes ten episodes featuring the trio’s multilayered investigations that dig deep into the past to identify the restless spirits and analyze the threat.
