Get Your Scoop Full With The Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl at Patriot Place
Come with empty stomachs for this all-you-can-eat ice cream festival.
We’ll all be screaming for this frozen treat after the preview of the summer heat. The delicious Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl presented by Valvoline Instant Oil Change is back for its thirty-ninth year, this time bringing the all-you-can-eat ice cream festival to Patriot Place in Foxborough, Massachusetts on Saturday, June 18 from noon to 8 p.m.
The Scooper Bowl will be serving up fan favorites, with plenty of options from Ben & Jerry’s, Hood, Häagen-Dazs, Brigham’s Ice Cream, Gifford’s Ice Cream, Bliss Microcreamery, The Farmer’s Cow, Buon! Per Te Ice Cream, Shake Shack and Bart’s Ice Cream. If ice cream is usually off-limits for you, no fear, as the Scooper Bowl will have non-dairy, nut-free and gluten-free offerings.
Since 1983, The Jimmy Fund’s Scooper Bowl has been serving up frozen sweet treats in the heart of Boston, but this year, they’re moving a little further south to help raise funds for cancer care and research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Previously, the fundraiser has brought in more than $7.3 million.
Live entertainment from local deejays and bands Divas with a Twist, DJ Pup Dawg from Jam’n 94.5 and The New Band will play throughout the day to keep you jumping around before the sugar-induced coma hits.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for children ages five to twelve.
The Jimmy Fund hosts fundraising events that benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. For more information to support cancer research, visit dana-farber.org or jimmyfund.org.
