Dine-in or bring home the Easter specials from this award-winning Indian restaurant. The three-course meal begins with beetroot tiki, grilled patties made from root vegetables. For the main course, choose from either the vegetable thoran, a hearty melange of vegetables and spices served over rice, or the lamb, chickpea and spinach curry, which comes with a side of masala mashed potatoes. Red Stripe in Providence is celebrating Easter Sunday with a selection of holiday specials for brunch and dinner, available for dining-in or takeout on Sunday, April 4. Start with the garden salad which features plenty of vegetables, sliced hard boiled egg and an herbed buttermilk dressing. The main course is a brown sugar and citrus glazed ham served with herb-roasted potatoes. The meal comes with sides of roasted carrots and sauteed green beans as well as dinner rolls.
