Show off Pantone’s 2022 Color of the Year with Hair, Makeup and Fashion Trends

Very Peri gets some local love with a style shoot in the Creative Capital.

Pantone’s Color of the Year, Very Peri, gets some local love with a style shoot featuring hair, makeup and fashion on local artists and entrepreneurs. The hairstyle hues were executed by Jamie Millmather, a Rhode Island-based global traveling hairstylist and educator for Wella professionals, and owner of Love Culture salon and Parlour Salon Suites. Featured fashion pieces are by APD, a fashion label created by Providence native Amy Page DeBlasio combined with models’ own garments highlighting hints of periwinkle. Makeup artist Michael Pete enhanced the looks and wardrobe styling was provided by Emiline Gomes of Collapsed Fashion, who pursues sustainable looks. The photo shoot location is Parlour Salon Suites in Providence, an up-and-coming creative space for beauty entrepreneurs. Love Culture, 506 Broadway, Providence, 401-751-8200, loveculturesalon.com
