ISCO is Hosting a Spirits-Tasting Dinner at the Rooftop at the Providence G
Enjoy a four-course dinner paired with cocktails while overlooking the city, plus get a discount on Industrious Spirit Company products.
What’s better than a multi-course wine-pairing dinner? Quite possibly a spirits-tasting dinner in partnership with local distillery Industrious Spirit Company and ENO Fine Wines and Spirits. On Monday, March 6 at 6 p.m., guests will experience four courses served with ISCO Spirits at the Rooftop at the Providence G.
The Providence-based distillery produces sustainable-sourced vodka, gin and bourbons, including the country’s first oyster-distilled vodka. Tastings of spirits and cocktails will be served alongside a thoughtful menu. “Working with talented local partners who care as much about the creation of their products as we do is one of our favorite ways to show off our exceptional spirits,” says ISCO CEO Manya K. Rubinstein.
The four-course dinner will be paired with craft cocktails mixed with ISCO Spirits, and guests will be treated to a spectacular view overlooking the city. Barbacoa blue corn tacos will be paired with a cocktail made using ISCO’s limited Blue Velvet Bourbon, and a Rhode Island oyster amuse bouche will be served with ISCO’s Ostreida oyster-distilled vodka.
“For the past several years, we’ve hosted seasonal dinners on the Rooftop that showcase beer, wine and spirits from some of our favorite local producers and importers,” says Brendan Chipley Roane, director of marketing for G Enterprises. “We’re thrilled to partner with ISCO Spirits for our first tasting dinner of the year. It’s going to be very exciting to taste four courses that were inspired by each of ISCO Spirits’ core products.”
Rooftop Executive Chef Scott Trufan and Rubinstein will teach guests about the spirits and food pairings throughout the dinner. Live entertainment will be provided by Frankie Lee Retrospect. Guests will also receive a special discount on ISCO purchases at ENO Fine Wines and Spirits on Westminster Street in Providence. The cost for the dinner is $80 per person. Tickets can be
purchased online at rooftopattheg.com. Complimentary valet parking will be available at the front entrance of the Providence G.
