As summer approaches, Rhode Island FC announced its 2025 postgame firework series, a set of three games that stretches from June into August.

Rhode Island FC has entered its second season as defending Eastern Conference Champions within its own home, Centreville Bank Stadium at Tidewater Landing in Pawtucket. The brand-new stadium — with up to 10,500 seats — will host dozens of events and games throughout the year.

Notably RIFC has a theme for nearly all of its home games, from Pride Night to Wicked Good Weeknight and Kids Day. These themed games help RIFC embrace the surrounding Rhode Island community and celebrate Independence Day with the state.

The fireworks series starts on June 21 following the conclusion of RIFC’s 7 p.m. match against Sacramento Republic FC. This interconference match will also mark RIFC’s School’s Night Out, where guests can expect lively environment as students and fans of the Ocean State enjoy the summer solstice.

On July 5, the city of Pawtucket will collaborate with RIFC to present the city’s official firework show. The sparkling show follows the conclusion of RIFC’s 7 p.m. match against Birmingham Legion FC. A familiar tradition, this collaboration is similar to the old partnership between Pawtucket and the PawSox at McCoy Stadium. With the PawSox now in Worcester, this new partnership ushers in a new summer experience for the city.

Also on July 5, RIFC celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of Cape Verdean Independence Day, as Pawtucket is home to the fourth largest population of Cape Verdeans in the country. Fans can buy exclusive package tickets that come with a limited-edition Cape Verdean-themed scarf or U.S. scarf.

On August 9, RIFC hosts Loudoun United FC, pairing its final fireworks show with Folklore  Night, a night that’ll pay tribute to Taylor Swift and celebrate RIFC entering its new stadium era. As the fireworks go off, they’ll be set to some of Swift’s biggest hits, including “the last great American dynasty,” a song about her Rhode Island home.
