Waterman Grille, located at 4 Richmond Square in Providence, will host a brunch buffet from 9:30 a.m. to  p.m., and is open for dinner service from 3 to 9 p.m. The buffet includes house-baked breakfast pastries, fresh cut fruit, artisanal cheese, deviled eggs, a chilled roasted vegetable platter, and a mezze platter with carrot hummus, beet tzatziki, olives, feta, hummus and pita.
