ISCO Busy Bee Recipe

This buzz-worthy cocktail (in coupe with candied ginger garnish) developed by the Industrious Spirit Company is perfect for both gin lovers and sweet tooths alike.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Patina Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Local Honey Syrup (honey diluted with water, 2:1 ratio) – we love Beatty Bailey Apiaries!
Candied Ginger
Directions
Combine Patina, honey syrup, and lemon juice into a mixing tin, and add ice. Shake vigorously to thoroughly integrate. Strain over ice into a tumbler, and garnish with candied ginger and lemon wheel, if desired. Pair with cookies from Feed the Cheeks and/or Anna Lee Bakes for a very merry Christmas eve.
