Cox Business has partnered with RIHub to offer you a new kind of Get Started Rhode Island this year. Dreamers and risk-takers can still enter for a chance to win big: twenty startups will be selected to join an Unpitch networking event with local and reginal investors during Rhode Island Startup Week.
Local entrepreneurs are encouraged to submit free applications, for consideration by a panel of judges, before the deadline on August 18, 2023. Once selected, the finalists will receive special mentoring from RIHub mentors, a business profile on the Get Started Rhode Island website, and an invitation to the exclusive Unpitch Showcase on October 4. This “no pressure” networking event is a great opportunity to meet with Venture Capitalists to discuss business, get meaningful feedback and make valuable connections. Plus, the investors will select a company who is deserving of $10,000 in cash from Cox Business!
Then on the next day, October 5, the twenty finalists will have the chance to present their pitch during a virtual Lively Pitch Demo Day.
