Are you looking to take responsibility for your own health and wellness?  And/or are you interested in learning more therapeutic techniques that seek to balance the body, mind, emotions and spirit? If so, you’re going to want to check out the Rhode Island Holistic Healing Association’s (RIHHA) Annual Expo on October 28th. Established in 2004, RIHHA’s mission is to inspire, educate and empower Holistic Practitioners while increasing awareness of and access to all holistic modalities. They also aim to help the Holistic Healing Profession grow in Rhode Island and beyond through education, public awareness and community.

And with the theme of “Connect and Unify,” this year’s expo is poised to bolster both goals. The holistic health-focused event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick and encourages attendees to come and experience holistic healing, self-discovery and spiritual growth.

Internationally acclaimed channel and spiritual psychic medium Roland Comtois will appear as the keynote speaker, drawing on more than forty-five years of experience with his unique abilities as well as a multifaceted career — which spans authoring the best-selling memoir “And Then There Was Heaven” to writing and starring in the one-man show, “Heaven the Experience”— to share his industry insights.  Additional speaking programs and workshops include “Aging is Inevitable — How You Age is Not!” with Kerry Harling, Founder and CEO of the Holistic Highway; “Ten Steps on Your Journey to Happiness” with author Gina Colvario Krupka; “Healing with Flower Remedies” with Vandana Pitke, a Certified Classical homeopath and the expo’s organizer; amongst others. Moreover, Akashic record consultant Astrid Meijer plans to lead a guided meditation during the event.

A number of vendors and exhibitors will also be on hand that day offering wellness supplements, reiki, healing and body works, essential oils, crystals, handmade jewelry, holistic books and magazines and natural body care. Attendees can look forward to seeing booths and meeting with representatives from holistic businesses like Natural Awakenings, Reflexology Association of RI, Creatigo, OM Homeopathy, People’s Health Alliance-USA and many more.

Tickets are $5–$25 each to keep the event affordable for all (from students to seniors to families) and may be purchased in advance by clicking here or scanning the QR code below.
