On Saturday, Bombshell Betty Productions will play provide live entertainment from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (rain date is Sunday from 12 to 2 p.m.).

Throughout the weekend, visitors are also encouraged bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the Veteran’s Food Pantry at Operation Stand Down Rhode Island. Those who make donations will receive a free car flag or Operation Made Swag Bag while supplies last. Additionally, visitors can donate to Feed Your Freedom, Operation Made’s fundraising effort to expand their programs and store in order to assist more Veterans and encourage business ownership in the military community.

Operation Made was established in 2018 following the success of founder Nicole O’Brien’s other venture, Unique Pl8z. What started as a hobby creating handmade license plate art to gift to loved ones in 2011 eventually turned into a full-time job for O’Brien. She was able to not only open a manufacturing facility in Warwick, but also a shop dedicated to providing quality, handcrafted products made by those who serve — Operation Made — out front. As a former military spouse, O’Brien knowns firsthand how important it is to empower and encourage the military community through entrepreneurship. As she states on her website, “The gift shop is a way for me to pay it forward to the military community that has supported me over the last, almost, ten years.”
