Just in time for Fourth of July weekend, Finn’s Harborside is set to reopen its doors after a year of temporary closure. In March 2024, the Each Greenwich restaurant was forced to close its doors after catching fire. The staff is currently preparing for a partial reopening with a hot new addition: Slip 38 at Finn’s Harborside, the outdoor bar which will open on Thursday, July 3 at 38 Water St., East Greenwich.

Slip 38 at Finn’s Harborside is an outdoor space designed to welcome back the community, and features harbor views and a curated beverage menu. While the Finn’s Harborside kitchen remains closed and the staff continues its restoration, diners can enjoy limited food options and the restaurant’s outdoor atmosphere, which is open Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.

“It’s been a long time coming, and while we still have a ways to go before we’re fully back, opening Slip 38 is a big step in the right direction,” says Finn’s Harborside general manager Connor Finn. “This outdoor bar gives us a chance to reconnect with the community, welcome back our loyal customers, and bring people together again in a place they love.”

Finn’s Harborside looks forward to welcoming the community once again with fresh seafood and craft cocktails. 38 Water St, East Greenwich, 401-884-6363, finnsharborside.com
