Herdade do Sobroso Tinto: A blend of Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, cabernet sauvignon and Syrah from the Alentejo region. The flavor is very aromatic and fruity with ripe red fruits like cherry, red plum, hints of red berries and subtle dark chocolate and notes of soft oak and fruity tannins, minerality and acidity. The wine pairs wonderfully with pork Alentejana, beef roast, grilled meats, roasted vegetables and cured cheeses.

Curvos Escolha: Not your typical “Vinho Verde,” this blend of Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto has notes of citrus, tropical fruits and florals. It’s youthful, fresh, lively, yet delicate and refreshing. It can easily be enjoyed on its own, but pairs perfectly with shellfish, sushi, fish tacos, chicken with herbs, spicy curries, Portuguese fish stew or codfish dishes and fresh cheeses.

Quinta da Alorna Abafado 5 Years: The fortified wine is made like a tawny port by adding brandy to the wine to stop fermentation. It is made with Fernão Pires grapes from the Tejo region. There is an aroma of figs, almonds and roasted caramel coupled with a smooth texture, balanced between sensations
of freshness and sweetness with long-lasting flavors of nuts. Serve it chilled on its own as a digestif or with desserts like creme brulee, a pastel de nata, poured over fruit or ice cream or also as a lovely contrast to a meat-and-cheese-filled charcuterie board.
