There’s never a dull moment in Rhode Island, especially with these special events at your favorite bars and vineyards. Celebrate every day of the week with belly laughs, beers, bingo and more.  


Monday: Bingo at Ocean Mist 

Who says the fun festivities are over once Monday rolls around? Ocean Mist in Matunuck keeps the party going with its tradition of Monday night bingo. Take in views of crashing waves while sipping cocktails and waiting for that last number to be called. If you’re not the bingo champ that night, you’ll still certainly feel like a winner after trying its beloved tacos. Tuesday: Trivia at the Mews Tavern

Get your team together and join the Mews Tavern in Wakefield for rounds of trivia. For some brain food, order fried Bourbon Brussels sprouts or buffalo chicken dip for the table. Need some more fuel? Build your own burger starting with a wood-grilled angus beef patty and ending with toppings like blue cheese mayo, peppered bacon, or caramelized onions. Wednesday: Karaoke at Jake and Johnny’s Lounge 

Sing it out at Jake and Johnny’s karaoke night. In the bar that feels just like home, belt out your ballad while tasting its carefully crafted cocktails. Whether you choose a slow jam or a pop hit, all will enjoy the “cool as a cucumber” cocktail that has homemade mint-infused simple syrup and muddled lime. Thursday: Beer Pong Tournament at Audrey’s Coffee House and Lounge 

Unlock your inner college kid with this beer pong tournament hosted by Audrey’s Coffee House and Lounge in South Kingstown. While sinking shots and talking trash, try the prosciutto and brie flatbread that’s deliciously coated in fig jam. If you’re feeling thirsty, Audrey’s specialty cocktail menu is sure to delight, from classic espresso martinis to spiced-up holiday treats like the “Buddy the Elf” eggnog martini, you’re sure to feel like a winner… even if you missed that last cup. Friday: Comedy Show at Newport Vineyards

You finally made it to Friday and Newport Vineyards is here to help you celebrate. Kick back after a long week with “Barrel of Laughs, Dinner and a Show!” for an evening of delicious food, wine, beer, and a whole lot of laughs with the winner of the Boston Comedy Festival, Al Park. The dinner menu is pre-set and presented at live-action chef stations. Tickets are $75 per person which include the dinner, comedy show (with popcorn), and one drink. Saturday: Live Music and Dancing at Newport Blues Cafe

Known for showcasing the best local acts in indie rock, rhythm and blues, jazz, funk and hip-hop, Newport Blues Cafe is hosting dance cover bands every Saturday to kick-off your weekend. With an open dance floor and a chance to be called up on stage, have fun dancing and singing along to all your favorite songs or step away to grab a quick bite. Sunday: Game Night at Free Play Bar and Arcade

Now open on Sundays, Free Play Bar and Arcade offers fun to spare. With classic arcade machines, revamped pinball, photo booths and more, this spot is sure to put the perfect cap on your week. Celebrate your high score with one of the fifty-seven beers that Free Play has on tap or try out its extensive cocktail menu. Order pizzas by the slice and gobble them faster than Pac-Man himself.
