WHAT: Watch the Cinderella story come to life in a magical ballet performance. 5/18–19: Newport Oyster & Chowder Festival
WHAT: There’s a reason we’re named the Ocean State — get a sampling of some of Rhody’s iconic seafood delicacies at the eighth annual Newport Oyster & Chowder Festival. MAY 9–JUNE 2: John Patrick Shanley’s Doubt: A Parable is set in St. Nicholas Church School in the Bronx, 1964. Sister Aloysius questions Father Flynn’s relationship with a troubled young man, who happens to be the school’s first Black student. United Theatre’s Alt Comedy Fest

The Blazin’ Battle Against Brain Cancer
