Courage Quest is a therapeutic summer day camp offering a unique blend of adventure and evidence-based strategies to help children with anxiety build essential life skills. Each day is filled with exciting activities designed to foster coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and enhance social connections. Under the guidance of licensed psychologist and Camp Director, Dr. Ellen Flannery-Schroeder, campers gain confidence, competence, and resilience while creating lasting memories.
Our camp is held on the main campus of the University of Rhode Island, offering a supportive and fun-filled environment for children ages 8-12. Join us from July 14-18 and July 21-25, 2025 for an unforgettable summer filled with growth, adventure, and connection! Campers may register for one or both weeks of camp. Camp hours are 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.
