Tickets are going on sale tonight at 5 p.m. for StyleWeek‘s next installment of its “micro-fashion” series on October 14 at the Capital Grille. This is the twenty-first season for the biannual fashion event. StyleWeek will continue at the Capital Grille for the remainder of this year, but plans to return to the Rhode Island Convention Center in 2022 with a five-day schedule of fashion shows.

“With Covid-19 still a primary challenge in our lives at the moment, I decided to have another year of our micro- fashion event on the patio of The Capital Grille,” says Rosanna Ortiz, president and founder of StyleWeek. “The Capital Grille has been a perfect home during the pandemic and the ambiance is the perfect reflection of the StyleWeek brand and the caliber of designers we show.”

This show will be all about experienced designers with Hope MacDonald, Tatyana Ayriyan and Amy Page DeBlasio all returning to the runway. Hope MacDonald is a Providence native and last showed with StyleWeek in Miami in 2012. Nine years later, she will showcase a new collection, presented by Christina Rosciti Real Estate, which will include handbags as well as an art installation during cocktail hour.

Tatyana Ayriyan will present classic, luxe looks while Amy Page DeBlasio pushes the fashion envelope with vibrant street wear. While the SEED Student Design Challenge will make a comeback in June 22, one of the designers who previously presented in a SEED show, Jacqueline Monez, will make a runway appearance for her first presentation since graduating from Mass Art. She will debut her avant-garde creations under her line, JACQUELABEL, presented by Kent Stetson.

Prior to the runway shows there will be a cocktail hour and vendor showcase that will begin at 5:30 p.m. Sponsors include Ting Barnard, the Capital Grille, Christina Rosciti Real Estate, Kent Stetson, Advanced Production and Design, Flaunt Boutique, the Rhode Show and RMO PR. Tickets go on sale on at styleweeknortheast.com and Event Brite on September 20. There is a limited capacity for this event so attendees are urged to purchase quickly.
