Celebrating its twentieth consecutive running, the St. Luke’s School Annual Trot Off Your Turkey 5-K/1.5M Run/Walk has become an annual post-Thanksgiving family tradition where runners from throughout the region, sponsors from throughout the state and the entire community come together to burn off their feast and support families in need throughout the East Bay community. For the past several years, the race has exceeded 1,000 participants who choose between the USATF-certified 5K road course or the kid-friendly the 1.5-mile loop.

Who: Runners of every skill level and all ages
When: 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 30
Where: St. Luke’s School, 10 Waldron Ave., Barrington
Cost: Pre-Thanksgiving registrations are $20 for adults and $12 for children under fourteen

Build mud pies, watch boats float downstream and climb high in a treehouse. Limited to seventy participants, this hour will allow you and your family to spend time playing in nature, in a smaller group of guests.
Try something new: Imagination playground, a large-scale building toy, will be available for guests to use during this time. This amazing play material allows you to create tall towers, build ramps and create cities, all at your own pace.
The Nature Swap room will be available with books and carpet squares for families who need a quiet space during the event.
