Held nationwide, Lung Force Walks are the American Lung Association’s signature outdoor event series to support and promote lung health.

The Lung Force Walk is a great opportunity to gather family, friends, and coworkers for a morning of healthy activity and purpose. The Walks provide critical funds for life-saving research and early detection initiatives.

Most event participants form teams. You can name your team in honor of a team member or loved one, or name it after your business, or even pick a “punny” name. Have fun. Be creative.

For the experienced and novice cyclist alike, the Autumn Escape Bike Trek is a fully-supported one, two or three-day bike tour across stunning Cape Cod complete with scenic views, a lobster dinner, beer from Mayflower Brewing and more.

Three-Day Ride (September 25-27): Plymouth to Provincetown, MA (160 miles)
Two-Day Ride (September 26-27): Sandwich to Provincetown, MA (105 miles)
One-Day Ride (September 26): Sandwich to Brewster, MA (35 or 60 mile options)

This ride includes daily rest stops every ten to fifteen miles, medical and mechanical experts, interactive activities, and meals and accommodations throughout the weekend covered by your fundraising minimum (cabins with electricity and with restrooms nearby).
