The Rhode Island chapter of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world, reveled in a night of appreciation for fine dining at the University Club in Providence. The event raised $25,000 for culinary arts scholarships, as Chaîne members see the positive impact made by local students and alumni in the food service industries.
