Roger Williams Park Botanical Center hosted the fifth annual Invest in Peace benefit, raising $90,000 for the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence. The Institute is a nationally acclaimed organization that targets the reduction of gang or group violence and has worked hard with local partners to bring down Rhode Island’s homicide rate.
