One Bean Short

Your February issue listed eight recommended coffee locations [“Breakfast of Champions,” February]. We have not visited any of them; we simply tank up on the best as often as possible: the Coffee Exchange on Wickenden Street.
This is a quintessential coffeehouse, from roasting to brewing to serving. Their tobe with a shot of espresso along with an almond croissant is worth the trip from Massachusetts. No list of coffeehouses is complete without including the Coffee Exchange.

Breakfast Big Shots
Should have contacted the Breakfast Buddies [“Breakfast of Champions,” February]. We have been to more than 300 different breakfast places in Rhode Island, nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut. There are six of us who go out every Friday. We rate every place.
