AIDS Project Rhode Island bestowed awards to seven locals who have helped in the fight against HIV/AIDS at their annual Red Ribbon Community Service Awards Dinner. Held in honor of World AIDS Day, the dinner — complete with silent and live auctions and entertainment by the Providence Gay Men’s Chorus and the Imperial Court of RI — helped the Project raise funds for prevention and education.
