The Autism Project of Rhode Island’s “Bittersweet” benefit at Rosecliff featured a jaw-dropping spread of delicious brownies, truffles and chocolate-covered treats. The evening’s theme was based on the idea that chocolate, like raising a child with autism, can be both bitter and sweet.

Sold on Success

About 200 people turned out at Roger Williams Park Casino for the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual Capital City Auction. In all, the association netted $43,000 to support its programs and services.
