Idol Alert
Ever entertained dreams of being on "American Idol"? Then start warming up your voice because this weekend Foxborough’s Gillette Stadium is hosting auditions (the first time they’ve been held in New England since 2005). Try-outs start at 5 a.m. Sunday, but to get in then you have to head to the stadium today or tomorrow to pick up a pre-registration wristband.
The contest is open to those who are eligible to work in the U.S. and are 16-28 years old as of June 12, 2009. Click here for more info and updates.
