Hey RI: How Fit Do You Think You Are?

Take our survey and help us share a picture of how Rhode Island sleeps, stresses and exercises. You'll see the final results in our September issue!

Remember loving the game Twenty Questions when you were a kid? Those of us with young’uns between the ages of three and ten have come full circle and are playing it again. (All. The. Time.) Kids or no kids, we want you to play with us, and our questions are all about your health habits: What do you listen to when you work out — wait, do you work out? — and do you track your eating and exercise?

Why are we getting nosy? We’re revving up for “Whole Woman,” our annual women’s health section that publishes in September, and this year we want to share a picture of how Rhode Island sleeps, stresses and exercises. Don’t worry, we aren’t asking how much you weigh (it’s called tact and we have it), but have you ever fibbed about what the scale said (seriously, hasn’t everybody)? Go ahead and be honest because our twenty question survey is anonymous. And to all you Guys: The section is called “Whole Woman,” but we want your input, too.

To take our little survey, click “here” (c’mon, we know we’ve piqued your interest). Look for the results in September’s Rhode Island Monthly and see how your health measures up.
