Gallery Night Providence

The Creative Capital is yours to explore the third Thursday of every month, March to November. eighteen of the city’s galleries stay open late for self-guided strolls and group tours aboard the Gallery Night art bus. Don’t miss the last night of the season!

Friendsgiving at Mount Hope Farm

Recreate an evening from 1778 in a Parisian bistro-like atmosphere with an early Thanksgiving dinner. Much like Benjamin Franklin entertained friends from New England, let Mount Hope Farm fill your belly with luscious local food that has a tasty French twist. Relax by the fire and indulge in culinary treats from passed hor d’oeuvres, forage boards and cheeses, small dinner plates including lobster mac and cheese, chicken pot pie muffins and more and desserts, too.

St. Andrew Lutheran Church Holiday Fair

Explore the holiday fair for one-of-a-kind gifts for all types of people on your holiday shopping list. Plus, peruse through displays of ornaments, wreaths, books, knitted items and more for your own home! Children can create their own gifts at Santa’s workshop while you treat yourself to baked goods and homemade soups.

Make-A-Wish Evening of Wishes Dinner

When you wish upon a star…. you can help make wishes come true! Celebrate a night of hope, strength and joy at the Evening of Wishes Dinner presented by Make-A-Wish. Begin the evening with a cocktail reception, munch on delicious hors d’oeuvres and dinner fare and participate in a live and silent auction. Entertainment will be provided by wish recipient, Colin Nagle. All proceeds help grant wishes for children in Rhode Island with life-threatening illnesses.

A Night of Thanks and Giving

Celebrate your thanks and encourage giving to those dealing with the hidden costs that cancer brings. The Michael H. Flanagan Foundation is celebrating sixteen years of providing comfort to leukemia and bone marrow transplant patients in the New England area with a night of yummy hor d’oeuvres, sips of wine and beer, a raffle and music. All proceeds benefit patients and their families.
