Christmas at the Newport Mansions

See the Breakers, the Elms and Marble House bedecked in Yuletide finery. Each mansion is filled with thousands of poinsettias, fresh flowers, evergreens, wreaths and several decorated Christmas trees that reflect each individual room’s decor in the magnificent mansions. Dining tables set with period silver and fine China complete the elegant scenery and the windows in each mansion are lit with candles, in keeping with Colonial tradition. See Santa Claus on Sundays or spend a holiday evening at the Breakers while listening to live music and snacking on light refreshments.

Christmas Cocktail Cabaret

With the spectacular historic Towers of Narragansett as backdrop, celebrating the sights and sounds of Christmas has never been so cheery and bright. Sip a cocktail and spend a splendid evening with family and friends full of carols, festive cheer and fun. Proceeds support the Contemporary Theater Company’s work throughout the year.

 Christmas Celtic Sojourn

Get in the holiday spirit with the sixteenth annual Christmas Celtic Sojourn with Brian O’Donovan. Pleasing crowds since 1986, the Christmas-time live version of the show has drawn on Celtic, Pagan and Christian traditions to celebrate the music if the season — a show in which reflects the compelling and diverse offerings of the weekly and national radio programs.

Join Clara and her Nutcracker Prince on a magical journey complete with beautiful sets and elegant choreography in the Nutcracker.
