Festival Ballet Providence Presents: Up Close on Hope

Festival Ballet Providence presents the series, Up Close on Hope: Program One,at Black Box Theatre on November 9–11 and 16–17. The program will feature contemporary choreography that is performed just feet away from audience members; it will explore the struggle between love and loss with electrified bodies moving through space as well as gravity and weightlessness through bold movements. In this intimate and thrilling production, viewers will be immersed in the intricate and beautiful movements of choreography created by internationally recognized artists including Ilya Kozadayev and Viktor Plotnikov, and emerging choreographers including Pawtucket native, Courtney Asselin.
