Moses Brown Summer Camps
Moses Brown has been in the camp business for over 50 great years! We offer day camping featuring traditional recreation camps, specialty camps, and several sports camps for children ages 3-17. All camps are held on the beautiful Moses Brown campus in Providence, with the exception of Chez Innovation and Maritime Studies & Sailing; and include a special mixture of academics, arts, music, science, swimming, sports, technology, and theatre.
Tuitions vary depending upon camp and number of weeks – some with early registration, built-in multi-week, and sibling discounts. Extended daycare and limited busing are available for an additional fee. Partial financial aid is available on a first-come basis.

Norman Bird Sanctuary was established in 1949 at the bequest of our founder, Mabel Norman Cerio. Over the years, NBS has grown to include more than 325 acres of diverse habitats. Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England (GSSNE) is one of 112 Girl Scout councils in the United States. Our council includes girls from all over Rhode Island; from
Pawcatuck, Connecticut; and from 13 communities in southeastern MA: Bellingham, Blackstone, Attleboro, Fall River, North Attleboro, Plainville, Somerset, Swansea, Westport, Wrentham, Millville, Rehoboth and Seekonk. In 2016, Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England served over 7,000 girls in partnership with 2,600 adult volunteers.

Girls Leadership Collaborative
GLC is a strengths-based leadership development organization for adolescent girls. Experiential by design, we integrate the latest research around group formation theory, social and emotional development, brain science, awareness of self and others, and redefine leadership through a lens of altruism. We design experiences that provide girls opportunities to practice initiating in order to leverage their strengths in group settings. GLC offers school programs, summer camps, professional development, and workshops for youth, teens and families.
Artists’ Exchange offers the ultimate in affordable camps for the creative child. Art, Theater, Ceramics and Rock ‘N’ Roll camps are taught in our professional studios and black box theater. Tried and true campers return year after year for awesome experiences. Our friendly staff of artist educators create a welcoming environment so each child is able to fully engage, build confidence, be creative and learn. Summer Enrichment Academy at Rocky Hill School
Rocky Hill School’s Summer Enrichment Academy (SEA) offers week long camps for children to learn and explore through a variety of experiences and opportunities. SEA is a safe and fun environment and offers both full and half-day programs, allowing children the opportunity to choose a number of exciting offerings. Extended day options are available both before and after camp, giving families the flexibility to work around busy schedules. SEA is open to the public.
The Herreshoff Marine Museum
The Herreshoff Marine Museum offers unique and interactive Summer Camp. Full and half day classes for youth 7-17. There are 9 weekly sessions during the summer starting on 6/19/17. The mission of the Herreshoff Seamanship Program is to teach the art of seamanship and the principles of sailing, with an emphasis on excellent instruction, as well as the design, beauty and unique features of these classic vessels. All classes are taught on our Herreshoff 12 1/2s – 16 foot wooden sloops with jib, main and spinnaker, Sea Sprite 23s or Hobie Cats on Narragansett Bay. Class sizes are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Linden Place Museum
Registration is beginning for Linden Place’s Summer Arts Camp for Kids! This affordable weekday creative camp is for camper’s ages 6-12 and takes place on the beautiful, historic grounds of Linden Place Museum in Bristol, Rhode Island. Each day is filled with creative fun from 9:00 am until 2:45 pm. Campers participate in a variety of activities from costume making to games on the Mansion grounds, from arts and crafts to writing and singing music, and to playmaking and creating dances. Community Boating Center
Community Boating Center (CBC) is a 501c3 non-profit, offering all members of the community an opportunity to sail and paddle. Located in India Point Park, CBC provides outreach, sailing lessons and affordable access to the Providence waterfront. CBC offers two-week youth sailing camp sessions for summer starting June 26, July 10, July 24, and August 7. Peter Pan Surfing Camp
In operation since 1978, we offer individual, and both small and large group instruction in surfing, skim-boarding, and standup paddle-boarding all year long. We also run 6 four week, 4-day surfing camp programs at both the Narragansett Town Beach and Matunuck Point, during July and August. A skim-board camp is offered at the South Kingstown town Beach, and a standup paddle-board camp at Narrow River. All students receive correctly sized surfboards and clean wetsuits, as well as instruction by our professional athletes. We are accredited by the National Surf School Instructors Association, the American Canoe Association, and the Eastern Surfing Association.
