RIHA to Host ServSafe Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training Classes

Join the RI Hospitality Association for its ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full Certification Training classes on November 7 or November 14. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:
• Proper personal hygiene
• Cross contamination prevention
• Time and temperature controls
• Cleaning and sanitizing
• Allergen training
Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
