It’s almost time to start thinking about spring vegetables. Urban Greens, a cooperative of Providence residents, businesses and food producers, continues to provide local and organic vegetables and other products to the West Side and be- yond. Affiliated with the Brown University Department of Environmental Studies, the co-op organizes orders from a catalogue of locally produced items and Associated Buyers, a New Hampshire-based distributor of bulk groceries and organic foods.
