The RI Alliance for Full Participation is a community of self advocates, family members, service providers, state agency staff, and civic groups working together to insure a good quality of life for all Rhode Islanders.  Come listen to their stories of contribution and celebrate their success in building community in amazing and thoughtful ways!  
Cost Celebration! 2009 is free and open to the public.
