LGC&D has had a long tradition of supporting Leadership Rhode Island (LRI). Since 1982, 7 employees of LGC&D have completed LRI’s year-long Core Program, which exposes business and community leaders to critical issues facing the state and encourages them to get involved. Upon completion of the program, the firm encourages its LRI graduates to continue their commitment to the community by serving on the board of local non-profits and becoming involved in local community or civic initiatives.
Beyond its support of LRI, LGC&D has a long history of employee involvement in philanthropic efforts The firm's senior management have led by example, becoming involved in local and regional community and charitable boards, with many serving in leadership capacities.
