The VNA of Care New England Foundation presents its 2nd Annual "An Evening at the Shore" on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 6:00 - 9:00 Pm at the Bonnet Shores Beach Club. Sponsored by Dimeo Construction, The White Family Foundation, Greenwood Credit Union, Claflin Medical Equipment Company, Centreville Bank, AAASNE, LGCD, and Alex & Ani. Tickets are $50 per person; sponsorship opportunities are available. Proceeds from the event benefit the VNA of Care New England's Community Outreach Program which includes The Suzanne and Alan Gilstein Telemonitoring Program; Caring Calls Post-Discharge Program; Influenza and Pneumonia Clinics; Educational Programs; and Bereavement Support Program. Since 1908, the VNA of Care New England, a non-profit 501(c)(3) Medicare-certified home health care and hospice agency, has been providing home health and hospice care to the Rhode Island community. Accredited by the Joint Commission, the VNA of Care New England offers comprehensive in-home health care, specialty programs including heart failure, pulmonary, and rehabilitation services, and end-of-life home hospice care to adults and the elderly.
