South County Hot Air Balloon Festival

Approximately fifteen balloonists will show off their balloons Friday and Saturday evening with the Balloon Glow. Friday evening boasts a concert with John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band, they'll be fireworks on Saturday night and the Kansas City Barbeque Competition on Sunday.

Enjoy a catch and release fishing pond, trapeze act, remote control planes, racing pigs and train rides for the kids' all free with paid admission.

Parking is free. RV camping is available onsite. All proceeds are donated to charities by the Rotary Club of Wakefield.
Cost Adults $10, children fourteen and younger $5
