| Description |
House of Hope invites you to buy local at its new boutique. It offers unqiue merchandise from around the country, each supporting various missions. House of Hope's CDC Boutique is a social venture and workforce development program for formerly homeless women. Particpants complete a six-week sewing program where they not only learn the craft, but also the skills they need to re-enter the workforce. The money generated from sales goes right back into the program to train more women. The store features House of Hope Boutique originals (purses, wallets, ect.) as well as other social venture products. All merchandise in the store supports a mission, from jewelry made from scrap metal of missiles to benefit veterans programs, to T-shirts that, with purchase, provide a shirt to a homeless child.
