Providence Preservation Society
The Providence Preservation Society’s Gold Dome Gala was the culmination to the two-day Fall Symposium. The event took place in the iconic Old Stone Bank building and allowed 200 attendees a glimpse into an otherwise private Providence landmark. Proceeds from the event support the Society’s advocacy and education programs.

Ed Achorn Debuts New Book
It was all smiles at McCoy Stadium in March as author Ed Achorn debuted his new book Fifty Nine in Eighty Four – the story of pitcher Old Hoss Radbourne. The event also paid tribute to PawSox owner Ben Mondor, who was celebrating his 85th birthday.

JW Graham Grand Reopening
JW Graham owners Palmer and Julie Beebe recently celebrated the grand reopening of their store in Wickford and the opening of the Yes! Gallery right across the street. With the expansion and renovation of the store, they have expanded the number of jewelry cases from three to thirteen and have added a Pandora Shop in Shop, a store within the store that will sell Pandora-brand jewelry. The Yes! Gallery will sell home decor items at 17 Brown Street, while the renovated JW Graham store at 26 Brown Street will focus on jewelry.
