Ice queens beat the heat.
A volcano kept them from competing in Paris for the International Theatre on Ice gold medal in April, but the thirty-three young skaters of Ocean State Ice Theatre haven’t missed a step, heading to Ohio this month to vie for the national title with a “ballet on ice” version of The Lion King.
