Amica Insurance Breakers Marathon

The Amica Insurance Breakers Marathon 2007, held October 20 in Newport, had a spectacular turn out, attracting 900 athletes, including many accomplished “elite” runners and members of relay teams. Participants represented forty-four states and several nations. Race proceeds benefited the Providence Ronald McDonald House. It is the only marathon race held in Rhode Island each year.
