Ginger-Plum Sauce

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger 1 cup hoisin sauce ¼ cup water ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce juice of 1 lime
Preparation: In a 1-quart saucepan, over medium heat, add sesame oil and ginger to soften (about 1 minute). Add remaining ingredients, whisking to combine. Serve with pot stickers.
