Ama understands that bento boxes aren't really a foray into innovation so much as an individualized lunch box: all are different. And, unlike the lunches of today's American juveniles (cheesy puffs served with limp lunch meats), Ama's are well balanced. Meat (chicken, pork and lamb), seafood (scallops and shrimp), veggies (spinach and soy mushrooms) and salads (Asian carrot slaw) all round out the meal. As if that weren't enough, this multi-dimensional repast clocks in at $15. So much for inflation.
