Al Forno owners Johanne Killeen and George Germon have entrusted their smallest parcels to Executive Chef Darius Salko, who keeps a lucky twenty well fed in this shoulder-to-shoulder hot spot. Though there's a rustic element to some of the dishes, everything (from the Tini weenie to the button mushroom gnochetti) has a refinement that's welcome in a casual age. The menu changes frequently, beckoning diners to stop in on a weekly, if not nightly, basis.
