Rhode Island has about as many Caribbean restaurants as it does palm trees, but that doesn't stop us from celebrating this little gem. The interior may be nothing to look at, but the Bob Marley tunes queued up on the stereo immediately put us in a tropical trance. Thoughts of sandy beaches and cerulean waters pair perfectly with jerked chicken and spicy red snapper with coconut milk. The homemade Jamaican beef patties (Jamaica's answer to the burger) are almost as good as the service. Almost. Tina, who oversees the stoves and dining room, couldn't be more hospitable and charming.
