Forget fatty barbecue. Sura's Korean barbecue (a.k.a. sea-soned and shaved meat) is wrapped in lettuce leaves and scallions and is much more about flavor than heft. It's also got an entertainment factor built in as each table can saute its own bulgogi on individual hibachi stoves. That's not to say that barbecue doesn't abide by some universal tenets – but you'll have to wash down this regional vari-ety with a Hite instead of a Bud.
