The only vegetable more maligned than cauliflower may be the pitiful Brussels sprout, but at least Rasoi has made quick and delicious work out of the former. Marinated in Indian spices and deep fried, Cauliflower 65 turns a once sad side dish into an utterly addictive plate of fiber-rich manna. One part spicy to two parts sweet, we've been known to order a double portion and a basket of naan for dinner (and we're still able to look our nutritionist in the eye the next day).
