Todd Rizzo (formerly of Rizzo Ford) and Kevin Millonzi (of Providence's Atomic Catering) created this self-proclaimed "burger hop," complete with a retro backdrop and super-thick milkshakes. But their Hereford burgers are altogether modern and altogether amazing. The standard six-ounce patty with its just-pink center comes with a choice of five cheeses, two toppings (options like avocado and smoked bacon) and one house-made sauce. Wasabi raspberry mustard sounds chichi for a burger, but it tastes more like a hybrid of ketchup and mustard. We licked it up with our fries and fingers.
