Its location next to a church makes booze sales a no-no, but that doesn't stop locals from bringing their own wine (corkscrew and glasses provided) to this newish island hangout. The view of Old Harbor from the picnic tables couldn't be better, and the food more than measures up. Step up to the counter and place your order cafeteria-style, but be warned: This is anything but standard cafeteria fare (expect fresh ingre-dients and inventive but sure-handed spicing). The "Red Red Shrimp," which pack serious heat, is a must order, and their veg-heavy pad Thai is already legendary.
