What Italian restaurant doesn't serve a good veal marsala these days? Plenty. But Caffe Itri's chef/owner Greg Spremulli believes in tradition for a reason, so he continues to fill Cranston diners with clams zuppa, linguini aglio e olio and, of course, plenty of marsala, piccata and saltimbocca. Yeah, he's also got haricot verts and grilled pear salads, but that doesn't mean we need to give up our eggplant and San Marzano tomatoes.
